Return & Refund Policy

At Olivia Toronto, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on our website.

1) Who we are (online-only)

Olivia Toronto currently operates online-only. We do not have in-person service, retail counters, or walk-in returns. Any mailing address shown on the website (e.g., for corporate or correspondence purposes) is not a return location.

2) Return window & eligibility

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags/packaging.

• Items showing wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing components may be declined.

3) How to start a return (RMA required)

Email support@oliviatoronto.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the exact return address and packing instructions.

Important: Returns must be shipped only to the address provided in the RMA email (the origin facility). Returns sent to any other address (including any Canadian address found online) may be delayed or rejected.

4) Where do returns ship to?

All returns are shipped back to the origin facility from which your order was fulfilled. This may be outside Canada. This process ensures proper inspection, inventory control, and timely refunds.

5) Who pays for return shipping?

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Use a trackable service and keep the receipt; we aren’t responsible for lost/undelivered return parcels.

6) Refunds (after inspection)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item per the RMA and place a new order.

8) Optional alternative: partial refund without return

If return shipping is impractical for you, we may offer an optional partial refund without returning the item. The amount depends on the item and issue. This option is voluntary and does not affect your right to a standard return and full refund upon inspection.

9) Taxes & pricing

Prices at checkout may include applicable taxes; where included, tax may not appear as a separate line item.

10) Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
